Luis Fernando Vager, melhor conhecido como " Little " Louie Vega, é um dos mestres no trabalho de produção musical. Ele nasceu em uma família de músico, como o pai dele, Luis Vager, era um saxofonista de jazz, e o tio dele era cantor Hector Lavoe, assim estava sem surpresa que ele começou a carreira de DJ com apenas 13 anos de idade.

Antes de 1985, ele estava tocando house para festas no bairro de Bronx local onde nasceu em Nova Iorque, como também criando e misturando. A primeira residência de boate dele foi no Devil’s Nest, no Bronx, depois disso ele se mudou para Roseland, Studio 54 e Palladium em Manhattan. Durante os anos noventa, Vega estava tocando em uma das boates mais influentes para a house music, The Sound Factory Bar. Vega gasta menos tempo atrás das picapes e mais tempo no estúdio com as habilidades de remixes. O novo álbum sai no dia 20 de Fevereiro.
